Is it okay to not list the hostesses of a bridal shower? Four people are hosting, and the wording won`t fit on the chosen invitation without being too small to read. This is an around the house shower, by the way.

I would like guests to bring goods and/or donations for a local charity for my husbands surprise 40th birthday party. Helping charities is very important to him and this would mean more to him than any gift a guest could bring. How can I word this on the invitations?
