Quinceanera-Keeping It Alive

I am planning my 15th birthday party. I grew up in a christian home and the city I live in there is about six hispanic families. A majority of my guest will be american and have no idea what a quinceanera is. The point is I need to come up with some kind of permission slip for the parents giving their childern permission to participate and also give the parents a idea of what to expect..
