Help Me Please

Me and this lad are really close we have been out in the past and stuff and we still love each other we neva have stopped loving each other but i have just found out that one of my good friends has fallen in love with him we was all drunk one night and she kissed him i had a right go and the lad and he sed he really dident like her and really liked me still but the thing is he is a boob lad and she has boobs and i dont i am sooo scared that i am going to loose him i really need some advice what shall i do btw the girl knows that me and the lad still like each other
