Does Anyone Know If A Quote Costs Anything On
Does anyone know if a vender cost anything or just a quote. It would be very helpful. I am on a very tight budget. I hope all of you find the dress you want. I am looking for a mori lee #3841. It is satin with a chiffon overlay for under $200. Thanks!

I am not quite sure if I understood your post, but I hope this helps.
I think that price (under $200) would be hard to get for a new gown because a discount store and it lists a price of $295 for that particular gown.
They can give you quotes on other dresses too. There are also other discount stores, but I doubt they will be much lower.
