NEW Watters Wedding Dress

I am selling a new, never worn, Watters Bridal dress. Style is 1029B, it is a discontinued style from 2003. The dress is very simple and elegant, made of heavy white silk, strapless with an obi design in the back. It has a slight sweep train. It is a sample size 10.
