BAD BonBride By Victoria

Buyer Beware! Worst customer service I have ever received. Owners uncooperative and rude when I called inquire about a refund for services not fulfilled properly. Owner even hung up on me. Prices are too high. I had the opportunity to purchase my gown for over a $100.00 in savings but assumed I would received better service at BonBride. DO NOT be fooled by the name (BonBride by Victoria) or their website . The boutique only leases space from the Bon-Macy`s downtown.
