Gerbera Daisy Wedding
My neice is getting married in Memphis,Tn on june 19, 2004. She is having a Gerbera Daisy themed wedding and is lookin for ideas that are unique. She is marrying her high school sweet heart and the father of her daughter. The daugter is 7 years old and they are also looking for ways to have her participate during the wedding vows or during some point in the ceremony.

My wedding is july 2004 here are some of my suggestions:
You can go to www.njsweddingshop.com for an entire gerber daisy wedding collection including cake cutting knife, guest book, garter and cake top.
I ordered a plain basket weave cake and am adorning it with fresh peach and pink gerber daisies the morning of the wedding (i don`t trust the baker !LoL)
I`m using fresh stemmed daisies as place card holders just punch holes in the place cards tie them to the daisy with ribbon and poof! my wedding favors are cd`s with a giant gerber daisy label!
Gosh i may be over doing it a bit, but i sure love those flowers!

Hi! I am getting married August 14 and we are using Gerber Daisies for our flowers!
One idea that my florist had, for centerpieces at the reception,was to get glass fish bowl-type bowls, filll the bottom with glass stones/pebbles/beads (The colors to match your wedding) and then place a large gerber daisy in the center!!!!! I thought it was such a neat idea....

My sister used Gerbers for her wedding. We used the smallest terra cotta pots,put floral foam in the bottom and then one Gerber per pot. We then lined the front of the head table with them. Everyone loved them.
