This is an authentic Lazaro wedding dress I bought for my 7/31/04 Wine Country wedding. I ordered it from an upscale bridal salon in Austin, Texas, and it has never been altered or worn, and it`s only been tried on - by me - once. It is being professionaly stored at the salon. This dress is NOT A SAMPLE. I ordered it for myself, and I paid full price. The dress is stunning, and a part of me is still in love with it, but I rushed into the purchase, and I have since found a dress that is much more my style and appropriate for the style of wedding I am having.
Please know that as a bride, I competely understand how important the dress buying process is. Buying one online is probably a little scary, and I am 100% willing to make the experience as wonderful and magical as it should be. I will gladly send you any additional pictures of the actual dress that I have not listed here, I would even be happy to discuss the dress/auction with you on the phone. If you live nearby, we could arrange for you to come try the dress on yourself! Tell me what you need to be comfortable, and I will do my best!
DETAILS OF THE DRESS
Designer: Lazaro www.lazarobridal.com
Style Number: LZ5533 This dress is from the Fall 2003 collection. The URL to the page the dress is on: http://www.lazarobridal.com/bridal/fall2003/LZ5533.html
Paid: $3,100. A copy of the receipts (I paid a deposit and then the remainder of the amount due, so two separate payments) is available upon request.
Size: 10. Please keep in mind that a size 10 in a wedding dress is more like a 4-6-8 in ready-to-wear, or street clothes. This dress has never been altered. I usually wear a size 6, and the dress fits me perfectly without needing any alterations, although it was made so that if necessary, it could be taken in a couple of sizes, or let out as well. The Lazaro tags are completely intact on the dress. In the Wedding Industry, it is illegal for the garment tags to be removed.
Color: Ivory
Dress Description: Ivory hand beaded and embroidered silk organza over silk mikado, strapless modified trumpet line gown, sweep train. The beading is very elegant and understated. I wasn`t looking for something gaudy, but I also wanted the embellishments to be unique, and this dress fit those requirements perfectly. The silk mikado underdress is of the most superior quality. The embroidered and beaded sheer silk organza overlay gives this dress all of the romance you could ask for. The cut, a modified trumpet line, is regal, slimming and creates a gorgeous silhouette.
