Diamond Bride...MUST READ!
Hi everyone, Diamond Bride has recently closed all of their U.S. Factories. As a result, retailers are not able to order their gowns at this time. On eBay, one of these retailers is selling his Diamond Bride samples for $250.00. They usually retail for over $2000. He has almost evey style featured on their website (diamondbride.com). The gowns have been restored and are in perfect condition. You must take a look! I just bought a gown that I have been looking everywhere for...its in all of the bridal magazines right now! The seller`s name on eBay is diamondbridal and the feedback left for him is great! Good luck!

I`ve been on their ebay site and honestly quite interested in one of the gown. How did the package arrive? Was the gown in a box? Did they include a garment bag? Thanks for posting this message!

Mine arrived in a box protected by plastic and styrofoam. It looks PERFECT. I can`t say enough about this deal. It didn`t look like anyone had ever tried it on even. The dress was 100 percent silk-- I didn`t expect that-- and the lace work is exceptional. I ordered number 429. One thing, though, it looks small (a 10) but I plan on losing weight-- my wedding is around this time next year. GOod luck, I recommend the e-bay deal without reservation.

I bought 2 dresses off ebay from diamond bride (the $250 deal) because I couldn`t decide which one I wanted and both came in boxes, restored and in bags, in perfect condition. The embroidery was in perfect shape and there were no spots at all. Awesome deal if you can get the style you want. I got 421 and 414. I am keeping 421 and am going to sell back 414. Only recommendation, they run really small. I`m normally a size 6, the dress is a 10 and other than having the top taken in, it fits good.

I ordered #429 as well! but I haven`t received mine yet. My measurements are 36, 27 and 36, do you think it will be too tight on me? otherwise, i might have to start working out again. :P

I ordered 429 from ebay too - it`s actually not just one of the retailers. I believe what happened is that Diamond Bride actually recallled all of their samples from all of the retailers, is fixing them all up (cleaning, etc) and is selling them all. I know many are going through ebay, but I know a few people called Diamond Bridal directly and ordered over the phone. It is such a great deal that I couldn`t pass it up. Also, they keep relisting new dresses, so if you don`t see what you want you should check back. Good luck!

I plan on working out for a year. HOWEVER, I will sell the dress and buy one that fits if I don`t make it!!!! I sometimes am so obsessed with the dress that I forget that the *guy* loves me as I am!!!!!!!

I am a size 10 but these DB size 10 run small and i tried one at a local bridal shop and it was quite tight

The measurements at 35.26.36
3/4 inch ease at the side seams, 1/2 inch at the waist.

Michelle-- I don`t know! You`ll just have to see for yourself. The dress is Sooo beautiful-- the fabric is so nice and it is constructed well. I don`t know anything about measurements or anything technical about dresses. I just take the dress out every once in a while and visualize myself in it for motivation!

I desperately want to order Diamond Bride #429 but I am very busty (36DD) and worry about the bustline in a size 10. Does anyone know where I could get a size 12 or 14 in this style? Or could anyone tell me how the bust fits in a size 10. Hard to lose weight up there, you know and want to look elegant, not squeezing into something.

I bought #430, and it is VERY small. I wear a size 6-8 and I have to have some people help me zip it up. And even then, I can`t breathe. I am a 34C. Fortunately, there is room to have it taken out:)

I bought #429 about a month ago and I was worried that the dress could be too tight. My measurements are 34B, 27, 36. I have to say that I still have some room left in the bust area and the waist as well. Mind you, I tried it on with a fitted bustier. My suggestion is that if you`re 34C it would look just right, any bigger will definitely look over stuffed.
P.s. The gown is gorgeous! I also bought a breathable garment bag on ebay for only $1.25!
