Martha Stewart Square Cupcake Tier

Has anyone been able to find out how to make the square cupcake stand from the Winter 2004 Wedding magazine? I have emailed Martha Stewart`s website numerous times but they keep giving directions for the 2003 stand, not the square one that I want. Can anyone help?
