Girls
How old are most of you in the first place? Alot of you sounds too young to be worrying about the things you are worried about.
How do I become popular? how this and how that?
If you want real advice.. Ask someone older and let them tell you how it really is.
First of all, there is more to life than worrying about everybody liking you, it is a fact of life that not everybody is going to. Second, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. I am average looking, not really pretty but not ugly either and my boyfriend loves me no matter what, I am beautiful to him and that is what matters. If I gain a few pounds, it doesn`t matter to him, as long as I am healthy.
If people can`t love you for who you are, that is their problem. There is so much more to a person than their looks and clothes. Look beyond that and find that true beauty lies within.
The next time you see somebody you might not normally talk to, say hi to them, you would be surprised how nice that person might actually be. Most kids that seem `weird" or what not are usually just shy and are waiting for somebody to say hi to them.
Is it more important to have a friend who looks great and never really seems to care about you or would you rather have a friend that isn`t as pretty and will always be there when you need them?
Priorities in a friendship is what matters.
Another thing, being nice to somebody just may save a life. Because of judgmental and superficial people, suicide is high. The next time you make fun of somebody, put them down, or ignore them, imagine it was you and how you would feel. And imagine if that cruel remark was the last thing you said to that person, or that was the last thing that person ever heard.
Girls, as much as you don`t realize it these things are a serious issue and only you can make a change. One smile or a friendly hello can change a persons life.
