You go on and strut your son. Hes yours Be proud and let everyone know it. Linda obviously has no grandchildren or she would never say anything like that she obviously got burned by a man she was supposed to marry or she wouldnt even have ever been on this site. Oh great, now I see. Someone is posting garbage under my name again. For the record I had plenty of children at my wedding. I would never tell anyone not to have their own child at their own wedding. And I certainly would never call any child such an awful name. I work with children and love all of them.

Perhaps Linda, do you think that there may possibly be another person in the world name Linda who might be getting married who might be visiting this sight. Maybe it`s not you, but all you have to do is say that this is another Linda if you feel so compelled to justify the comments made. I seriously don`t think there is anyone out there trying to sully your reputation by daring to use the name Linda themselves.

Linda, if someone else is posting rude comments using your name, it seems to me you could simply change your name. But you haven`t done that. You aren`t fooling anyone. Cut out the crap. And get a life.

Because he is so young I would recommend against having him do anything that would require him to remain in the sanctuary (just incase he gets moody) 1) maybe he could be ushered in after the music starts just before the ceremony, then handed to you after you and your husband are announced as husband and wife the minister could then present
The three of you as the ‘whatever’ family and you’d walk back down the aisle holding him 2)or maybe you can have him brought up after the procession and have the minister say a few words about the importance of family.

My 13 year old son will be a part of my wedding, I originally planned to have him give me away along with my mother but my fiancé` has asked him to be his best man and he choose to stand up for him. Also we are having the family medallion ceremony where he (along with me fiancé’s 4 year old daughter) will receive a medallion with three rings representing two families becoming one while the preachers speaks on the importance of extended family then we will all light the unity candles together. Our parents light the first candles at the beginning of the ceremony, we light our children’s then light the unity candle altogether.

At a lot of royal weddings in Europe, the attendants are often young children. Sarah Ferguson`s bridesmaids were all little girls.

Of course there could be another with the name Linda. And no, I`m not trying to fool anyone, Ishtar. The point is that I`ve been posting here for a long time now and recently another who shares my name is making nasty comments. I didn`t want anyone to think we are the same Lindas. I could use a different name, and maybe I ought to. I tried it once or twice but I really do prefer using my own name, as I have nothing to hide!
