Hey, my fiance and I are planning a wedding, and we want it to be a snowball wedding, where everything is white. Any ideas as to the bouquets?

Flower balls for the girls to carry on ribbon handles made out of such flowers as white hydrangeas, roses, gardenias, stephanotis, or peonies.

Thank you, but how big will they turn out to be? I want small, elegant bouquets, especially for mine

You can do them any size you want. I made some for my girls that are about 9 inches around.

Stephanotis is a small white flower used in lots of wedding bouquets; it does well in smaller bouquets with a round shape to them.

Now, I`m not too sure about my bouquet. Should it look different? If so,how different?

You could have a white bouquet shaped like a big snowball. Look at Jessica Simpson`s wedding bouquet, that`s what it looks like. A giant snowball. You could have stephanotis flowers like she had, or do large white carnations.

Katie I do have a pic if you want to see them. I made them out of blue and purple hydrangeas, but like I said, you could do almost any flower. The pic is kinda crappy, but if you want to see it, email me at cuetipii@telus.net just be sure to put on the topic line what it`s regarding or i may delete it by accident.

I am planning a winter wedding, (I know, not quite the same as a snowball wedding, but similar) and I have decided that my b/ms will be carrying (battery powered) candles instead of bouquets. Just a suggestion!

Hi! I have a good idea that may have been mentioned! Have you seen Jessica Simpson`s bouquet. Her flowers were called stephanotis and they are beautiful. I know how to make them. I use rhinestone in the center of each flower which come out really sparkly or you can use pearl that also look great! I`ve got some great ideas for snowball bouquets!

I was a bridesmaid in a winter wedding last year. Instead of carrying bouquets we held white faux fur mitts. It looked great and very seasonal, plus we got to keep them.
