Hey if you want to do something cool 4 your sisters party buy lots of ballons!!!!!Do games,buy them,invent them!!!!!!Invinte all her friends!!!!Put cool music!!!!!Look you can have the ballons floting in the air and buy lights you know so the room can be realy colorful!
