Two Maid Of Honors

Hi,
My wedding is three months away and I was wondering how we should have our wedding party walk down the aisle. We have 5 people on each side but I have two maid of honors. So I thought of having the two maid of honors walk down the aisle with the one best man?? I want to make the maid of honors a distinct part of the ceremony. Any suggestions?
Also as a side question-how do you get some membes of your wedding party to take on more responsibility without sounding like a bridezilla?. My fiancee and I could use an extra hand once in a while. I sometimes think our wedding party has no idea how much work is really going into this wedding.
