How Much For Alcohol? -Please Help!!

Unfortunately Beer and Wine is expensive at weddings, and they overcharge you so much! I am only doing Beer/Wine and then if people want to buy a cocktail- they are free to do so. I have so many people/family who are invited to dinner, and that it is so expensive! So I figure instead of spending all that extra money on free cocktails- I will get to have a few more people I care about there! My friend just got married last June, and she spent 2,500 on liquor without free cocktails, so it really does cost ALOT! :(

We decided to serve beer and wine as well as one or two cocktails. This way we will save on buying unnecessary bottles of specialty liquor and still be able to have a nice selection for our guests.
