I Have Questions!

Hey-
I am plannning a quince and it`s on June 19th this year. I have a couple of questions that need answering:

1. Who gives the ring to me during the ceremony?
2.Who gives me necklace to me and well?
3.Who gives the bible to me?

Also, does anyone know a person who can teach us the dance for the waltz and what not? It`s taking place in Los Angeles. Thank you for your time.

All of the gifts are given to you by padrinos and the waltz I am not sure but I think you are supossed to start practicing many months before your quince.
