Sister/Brother Song

Maybe James Taylor`s "You`re got a friend?" Or...I don`t know who sings it, but that song "You`ve got a friend in me" from Toy Story? Although, now that I think about it, that song might not be very "danceable."

Oops, typo. YOU`VE got a friend, not "you`re" got a friend." Doh!

I am not sure who sings it and it is an old song, but it is called "he ain`t heavy, he`s my brother" I have seen that as a suggestion on a few wedding song list. Hope it helps

I just downloaded that song "You have a friend" Its from James Taylor. I`m looking for a real good sister brother song. My brother is gonna give me away at my wedding. My dad was going to. But life moves on and I was gonna play Landslide by dixi chics as the father daughter song.

For He Ain`t Heavy He`s my brother there are a few singers. The Bee Gees, The Rightious Brothers, The Hollies. But From the way it looks the original singer was the hollies

I`m also getting married April 2, 2005. And I`m also looking for brother/sister songs because my brother`s walking me down too.

I just got married on August 21, 2004 and my big brother gave me away in honor of our dad who passed away almost 10 years ago and we danced to the father/daughter song "Butterfly Kisses" by Robert Karlil. It meant alot to me to have my big brother give me away. It meant so much that I cryed!!!!

My brother is getting married in two days and through out our whole lives we have never been close do to the fact that we are ten years apart, i want a powerful song to play for him at his reception but i cant seem to find any really heart felt songs, if anyone can help i would appreciate it so much....
