Ice Sculpture Mold

I am planning a wedding reception for July 31, 2004. I would like to use the "one time" use bride & groom ice sculpture mold for a table centerpiece.
I would be interested in knowing if any one has used any of these and the results. Also, any tips to make the process easier.

You can buy molds at places like MJ Designs, and freeze the ice yourself in the mold. I`m not sure exactly how its done though.
