Dear ABC,
I am almost crazy with hate for my body. My fiancee says that I am beautiful, but I don`t believe him. I know what I can look like.
I have tried diet and excercise but nothing is working. I have three beautiful children and I am only 24. I have never had a body of a young woman. I am a hard worker but can`t seem to save up the money to get this procedure on my own.(My fiancee also needs some work, but don`t tell him I told you that)

Hello, I was wanting more info. However, there is no email address for you anywhere. I checked the abc website looking for it also but to no avail. If maybe you have time to send me an email with your address, thank you very much for your time. I checked out the abc website when extreme makeover first aired to fill out an application, however I don`t own or have access to a video recorder. Again thank you very much for your time.

Where do I start, first of all I have been working out and on a diet and I have not lost any weight in fact I bought a size 14 dress and I tried it on today and it still does not zip all the way up. I was fortunate enough as a child to get braces but before I got them removed we no longer had insurance and it left terrible circles on my teeth. I would like to have a beautiful smile on my big day. I had plans to get married June 26, 2004. But I would change it at the drop of a hat if extreme makeovers could help me and my fiance`.
