RUN, DO NOT WALK to eBay...I got my dress for $250.00...it was originally almost $3000. This is legit. I talked to the designer yesterday and its comes directly from them. This is an amazing deal!!!!

I dont know why but they took 1/2 of their gowns off just now including 409

I bought a gown on their ebay site on May 4th, and I got an email back telling me that the gown won`t be ready for shipping till end of June, does anyone out there have similar experience?

No, mine will be mailed out May 15th. Who did you talk to? I talked to Alan Dessy (the head of the Dessy corp) and he said thats when they would all be ready. I have his number at work. Jenn: I`ve left Alan a couple of messages as well as an email, a day later one of his employee emailed me back letting me know that the gown wouldn`t be ready till end of June due to the number of gowns that needs to be restored by Gown Restoration. I`ll try to talk to him directly and see what happens. Thanks!

I bought dress #426 from Diamond Bride via ebay on April 10th, and received it as promised the week of April 26th. I think I got in on the deal early on, so the wait for restoration was not quite as long.
Anyway, in response to a question I had, Alan referred me directly to the woman at Orange Restoration Labs. I just wanted to reassure you that they are legit, and I am thrilled with my dress. I can hardly wait til October to wear it. Hope it works out for you too. Good luck & congratulations,

I received a phone call from the credit manager reassured me that they will do their best at getting my gown restored ASAP. She also promised that she will phone me when the gown is ready to be shipped and will also provide me with the tracking number. I think that`s really good customer service.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I received my gown last week! It`s perfect! I just need to get it hem. I`m thrilled to get such a great deal on this gown. Does anyone know how much would it be if it was from a retail store? I`ve heard around $3000.

I`m glad to hear everything worked out with your dress. Which style did you buy?
I read in Budget Bride that Diamond`s prices had increased significantly (for them) to an average of $2500 a few years ago, though I have no firsthand experience with bridal retail to know. Guess we lucked out!

The style that I got was #429 which is exactly what I`ve been looking for. I had reservation as to the dress might not fit according to the size they gave me, but when I tried the gown on, it fit perfectly! I`ve found a seamstress who will shorten the gown for me...all I have to shop for now is shoes. Got any good websites you can recommand?
