Mother In Law`s 90th Birthday

I am trying to plan a birthday party for my mother in law`s 90th birthday this coming November 2004. The problem is our family is scattered all over. Her birthday usually falls around Thanksgiving, so I`m thinking we could also do a family reunion at that time too. Another problem is she is in Florida and I am in NC...so coordinating on a budget is going to be a real challenge. Anyone out there ever used the Embassy Suites in Deerfield, Florida for a celebration?
