Quinceanera Venue

Hi, my quinceanera is October 2004. Planning just began and I ran into my first major problem. I need to find a venue for the event. I am looking for someplace in the Chicagoland area. If you know of any it would be really appreciated. Please note though that this is an extremely budgeted event and that the venue would have to be flexible with us serving our own food and possibly decorating ourselves. Thank you very much.
