You don`t necessarily need to have attendants. I`ve been to a few weddings where they did not have attendants. These were usually smaller, more informal ceremonies.

Does your fiance have any friends or family to stand up for you as a bridesmaid?

You could also ask someone you work with (if you are employed somewhere) to be in your wedding. How many attendants does your fiance want to have? Does he want a lot?

Cassie, i am not sure but i am guessing that he wants a bestman of course and i think 3 grooms men, i do know that we both want a big wedding. But we havent talked about it much. I am hoping to meet people at the classes i am going to go to. Also i have a daughter and a sister. Is there an age thing i should consider for bridesmaids? all of your ideas are helping me out.

Your daughter and sister could both be bridesmaids. Also your attendants could include men if you have male friends or relatives. I have been to lots of weddings, where the people had their children as bridesmaids and groomsmen. They are just people that you want to stand up with you when you get married. There are no rules about age or gender.
