This Is A Major Target Update!

I agree Joe. Target`s a great store. It has good quality products at affordable prices. I`ve only seen one negative comment towards it on this site before and it sounded more like an i`m too high class to shop at target kind of comment. My thoughts are that if they want to go to another store to buy the same products at 3 times the price then have fun. I, however, will be registering at Target.

Not me - I love shopping for household items at Target. They have a great selection of kitchen gadgets.

I disagree, I have a 13 year old niece that I bought a 3-D puzzle for at Christmas ( I was told she loves puzzles). As we all know 13 year old girls change thier likes and dislikes all the time. Come to find out she has changed her interests. So I give her the reciept so she could take it back to get a CD that she was really wanting. The store manager would not allow her to even with a reciept. He told her that she had to buy something out of the toy department because that is where the original item came from.
Keep in mind she is 13 not 9 so this is not realistic for her to find something that only cost $25.00 that she is going to enjoy.
Now I will not shop at target for gifts at all. I would rather just go to Wal-mart or the Mall.
I have a friend that was not allowed to exchange things on her registry that she was given duplicates. I should say she was not allowed to exchange it for something out of that department.
They recieved 3 vaccum cleaners. There is not that much stuff in that department to exchange for, especially in that price range. This has been in the last year.
Maybe not all Targets are the same. However I just choose not to put me loved ones through the stress.
