Wedding Officiant
I need to find a wedding officiant in the Upper Westchester area of NY for a July 4th 2004 wedding. My fiancee and I would like to get married on the grounds of the restaurant rather than a church. I am looking for a non-denominational minister or a justice of the peace to perform the ceremony in Cortlandt NY (near Peekskill). Does anyone know of someone who can officiate?

Try your local yello pages, I am sure someone will do it for a fee. Or you can have a special friend or relative get a "one day pass" so to say and perform your ceremony for you.

I am getting married by a judge (in WI)--we found a list of names on the internet through the Chamber of Commerce. There was a listing of judges who are willing to officiate wedding ceremonies. So, my suggestion would be to check with your Chamber of Commerce of City Hall. Good Luck!
