What Do You Think Of These Colors???
We are just recently engaged, and are thinking about doing an outdoor mid-summer wedding, probably june or july. Since my favorite color is a bright pink (not neon hot pink), I want to incorporate that into the wedding. I think doing a deep, but still bright pink and yellow (not pastel) would be perfect for a warm sunny summer wedding. What do you think, I have heard mixed reviews on this one. Let me know!

Well since you are asking for opinions.....pink and yellow, to me, are Easter colors.
It depends on what kind of wedding atmosphere you want to have If its going to be a festive atmosphere, lots of dancing and music - go with the bright colors. If its a more formal affair, pick some different colors that are more toned down.

I am planning my wedding for may 2005 and my colors will be magenta/fushia and yellow (Not golden but not pastel either). I love these colors.. Just wanted to let ya know that you are nto the only one out there..

Bright pink and yellow are beautiful summer colors. My wedding is in May and I have chosen blush pink, bright peach, and lime green! Everyone makes a face when I tell them this, but when they see all three colors together they love them. You will find both pink and yellow fresh tulips (tulips are only in spring), daisies, gerbers, roses, etc. Bright pink is lovely for hydrangeas, stargazer lilies, and asters. Ooooh, think about bright pink, soft pink, and yellow together for an added dimension. I love bright colors!
