Not So Heplful Bridesmaids!!

Hi, can someone give me an opinion here, my bridesmaids are not being very helpful, i`m just learning how to drive and usually can get myself places, but we have to look for bridesmaid attire next sat and i have asked my maid of honor and other bridesmaid for a ride so we can go together and all i get is " oh cant have to run errands before hand and i wont have time " type of thing, is this so much to ask for?? we live a little ways apart, but is this not rude!! of them??? its not like they chaufer me around all the time, like 3x a year if that and especially my maid of honor, she was going to pick me up and then as soon as she heard that the other girls were going she then said " deb i really wont have time " can you get one of the other girls to, help i`m really hurt about this
