Father/Daughter Dance
Is it ok not to have a father/daughter dance?

It is fine. I have been to a few wedding without one. I don`t know what your situation is but maybe you can replace it with a mother/daughter dance, that is becoming more popluar. Or a song for bride and brother or whoever has been the biggest influence in your life.

Thanks for the advice.
My dad is walking me down the aisle, but i know he doesn`t dance. He doesn`t like to be stared at and stuff like that. I don`t mind not doing the father/daughter dance, im just glad he is walking me down the aisle. :o).
I just wanted to see what everyone though. THanks

Its YOUR wedding, so don`t have one if you don`t want one. Just because someone or some bridal book says this is tradition, doesn`t mean you must go along with it. I am finding this out more and more as I plan my own wedding for this May. Enjoy your day! :)
