Hi, does anyone know a site where one can go to become an officiant?

It costs less than a hundred bucks to get licensed through them, I think.

Or there is openordination.org

You need to check and make sure your state will acknowledge the ordination/documentation/whatever so that the ceremonies performed are legal.
