Beware of igowns.com, a.k.a discount gowns! They have TERRIBLE customer service. Lost contact with them after they got my money. Wouldn`t answer my calls or emails regarding status of dress. A bride doesn`t need this stress!! The BBB has them on their non-responder list.

I second that vote on how horrible igowns is, my credit card company is in the process of getting my money back from them. I won a dress off of an ebay bid and have had the worst customer service. I was told to expect my dress in July and it is now September. This is a very unprofessional business!

I just picked up the latest issue of Bride`s magazine and when I saw the ad for this dress my breath caught in my throat. I am in the Los Angeles area, and i was wondering if anyone knows of a shop that can replicate this dress for lower than the retail price.
