Gangster~PLEASE READ........

Hey well Im planning my Sweet 16 which is in six months. I am having a Gangster theme like the 1920`s I want it to be like a 15nera with my friends all at one table but the thing is what should I have them wear. I plan on wearing a white dress thats short and my escort is going to wear a zoot suit just like back in the days with a play machine gun or a cane (i cant decide). But ANY help would be great. Also what type of food should I serve like pasta? Decoration colors are black and white but im not sure about the rest. Also I want to dance my first dance with my Uncle whos throwing me the party.
