I`m looking for the name of the vendor or how to make the ribbon wands that Ryan and Trista`s guest waved as they walked down the aisle. Please help!

You could get some thin dowels they are fairly inexpensive
Wrap them in coloured ribbon and then make a few tendrils of ribbons and glue them on the end of the dowels!
