The flowers in her bouquet are stephanotis.

Be warned about Stephanotis. Like Gardenias, Stephanotis turns brown very quickly, shortly after you touch it. Something about the oils on our hands turns it brown. It is a beautiful flower, but not very hardy. Florists must use gloves when they use Stephanotis in arrangements & bouquets to prevent this. Florists usually do not like working with this flower. I have seen lovely silk Stephanotis at Garden Ridge.
