Going Away Party
Hi i need help with a going away party. I`m stuck on the invitation, should I call it a going away party or what? Its for my brother who is leaving for the Navy for 6yrs. Thanks

MY SON IS LEAVING ON THE FIRST OF JUNE TO GO LIVE WITH HIS OLDER BROTHER AND GO TO SCHOOL. SO HOW DO I WORD THE INVITATIONS.

I think so. I am doing the same thing right now and that is what I am calling it. If you have any great ideas let me know. My Mom is really stuffy when it comes to parties, so I am having a hard time finding ways to keep this exciting.

I am having a going away party & didn`t want it to be boring. I wanted to put the invite/info inside of a luggage ID tag. Since they were pricey, I went with a clear badge holder, found a cartoon pix a couple lvg with luggage & said ____ are moving on. Let`s show them how much they`ll be missed. On the back of the clear badge holder I put the information/where & when.....simple, but everyone loved the idea!
