I have to say, I agree. This board is mis-used as a place to trash a business. I suspect its the same person who is posting all these negative things about David`s Bridal.

Yes it is probley another company or one bride who went in with an attitude, and they gave one back to here. Because ive been to 5 davids bridals in 5 different cities and have been treated with nothing but respect. I dont know wh at they think we can do about them being treated badly. If they really did have a bad experience then they need to call the customer service, they number is posted all lthrough out the store and on the information that is given to you when you walk through the door.

I did not have a bad experience at David`s Bridal. It is a discount bridal store, that should be recognized upfront. If someone wants to be treated like royalty, then they should go to one of the upscale bridal salons and spend six thousand dollars or so on a gown. The reality is, you get what you pay for.

That is so true, maybe everyone will see this and stop writting about it.

I agree but at the same time I have had a not so pleasant experience with them. I have worked retail for almost 10 yrs and it is common courtesy to acknowledge customers when they enter the store and to do follow up customer care. I haven`t made an official appointment there because I have heard so many horror stories. My jr bridesmaid is my 12 yr old sister, we are 14 yrs apart and to agree on something is amazing and DB has a dress with both like. Should I go for it?

I would go for it, i bought my dress from there and i had a wonderful experience.GO FOR IT
