50th Anniversary And Birthday Party

My dad and his wife are planning a party. They can only afford 150 people there. Problem is they only want children there who are children of their children or desendents.They some how feel that they are obligated to include on the list of children, persons are unrelatived to them. Because someone may feel offended. Need any answer soon. They are limited on their budget.
