Picture Shows

Has anyone done a slide/picture show at their reception? How long do you recommend it take and when should it take place during the reception? Any great ideas out there?

I recently went to a wedding and they had a surprise digital(from the computer)onto a huge screen. It was Great! They did it during the speeches and everyone loved it. They flashed pics from when the couple were kids and some funny pics too. It was a great asset to the wedding.
