Wedding Centerpeices
At the reception i have about ten 5 foot tables that seat five to eight people. The problem with centerpeices is that even with seating eightpeople at them it leaves a lot of room in the center of the table. I am on a budget so how do I fill the center of the tables without being tacky but still being relatively cheap?? ANy help is much appreciated!!!

Small glass dishes with floating candles inside. You can get the tools at any dollar store.
You can sprinkle those colorful little Jelly Beans all over the table.
My friend bought little terra cotta pots at IKEA and Wal-Mart and potted some flowers then tied her color ribbons around them...really pretty.

Well, you can always go with lots of ribbon, have it wrapped around whatever you choose (vase for flowers, bowl for candles) and then allow excess ribbon to drape around it. (hope that made sense) That will fill up more space without adding more bulk and should look nice. The other option is to add glitter and possibly randomly place little things that go along with your theme if you have one (such as little butterflies or hearts. Just try to be creative as you can be. What always helps me is to just go into a craft store and wander the aisles looking for things that might work and pop out at you. Go through every aisle because you never know when something you wouldn`t have thought of will pop out at you. It`s really a great way to get inspiration and ideas. Good luck.
