Hotel Information Wording
Hello!
I am looking for some help wording cards to let people know where to call for hotel reservations, and to let them know to mention our names when placing their reservations.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Are you having a map printed up with directions to the ceremony and reception? If so, this is a great place to include hotel information in the corner as it`s not on the invitation. You could put in the lower right hand corner of the map hotel information and then indicate on the map where the hotels are:

You can insert "Accommodation" cards. This way, you have a separate card with all of the information for the hotel contained. I used words such as " Please mention the so and so wedding block";"Rooms must be reserved by such and such date in order to receive the special rate" etc.
