Placement Of Engagement Rings

Customarily during your wedding, you wear your engagement ring on your right hand`s ring finger so that your left hand`s ring finger is free. After you are married most people wear their engagement ring and wedding ring on the same finger because a lot of people get sets that go together. Some people even have their wedding and engagement rings molded together at the bottom so they are forever stuck together. I have never heard of people wearing their engagement rings on their middle finger, but if that is what you want to do, go for it!

Trivia: The engagement ring usually goes on the 4th/ring finger of your left hand because supposedly that finger contains a vein that goes directly to your heart.
