Wedding Cake ---- Info Needed

Hi, I am looking for someone or someplace to do my wedding cake. Some place in-expensive, since we are on a small budget. We want a three layer cake, top layer marble, middle layer chocolate or white and third layer chocolate or white. Whatever the second layer is then the third layer will be the opposite. Then we want two tiers no the side of cheese cake. I`m not sure of the technial name, but we want the cool whip kind of frosting. Our flower is roses and our colors are babyblue, silver and white.

If anyone has any idea of places inexpensive places around the Utica area i would really appreciate it very much. Thank you.
