David`s Bridal Truly Is Bad

I am not a happy bride when it came to visiting the Costa Mesa, CA and the Santa Ana, CA store and was VERY upset to find that after making an appt to view dresses and expect customer service when I arrived at the store, no one greeted me at all. As well, I waited well over an hour after my appt was made and other brides shopping in the store said Good Luck getting someone to even ask if you need help. Needless to say, I am passing the word in a wide network of what would have been potential customers to say that David`s Bridal does NOT employ corteous and attentive employees. NEVER would I want to shop there and a bride should feel like a PRINCESS, let alone at least a normal customer.

Thanks to each one of you the comments.
I will go this weekend to a Davi`s Bridal store. I will come back and let you all know about my experience there.
These rude employees at Davis have probably not realized that because of the money that brides bring in....... Is that they have a job.. So they should be thankful for it....

I went to David`s the other day and was greeted when I first came in and that was the only time I got acknowledged. The only person I seen doing anyhing was a blonde haired guy flamming higher than our unity candles will be! He was amazing, taking care of many customes at the same time and being kind to them all. While the girls working there were another story!
I applied there for a job once and I guess I wasn`t rude enough to get hired!

We got my BM`s dresses at Devil`s Bridal in Santa Ana. There was 1 girl (it seemed) in the entire front store. She said a quick hello and proceeded to answer 2 calls back to back while we just stood there in disbelief. We picked up 1 of the 4 BM dresses. While i was there i inquired about a veil i had tried on weeks before. I explained the girl that had helped me said she`d write it down for my information, but when they looked at my paperwork, there was no record. I went back just yesterday to pick up the rest of the BM`s dresses. We agreed that DB has the worst cust svc. I told my BM`s to get their alterations done anywhere BUT at DB because i do not trust them at all!!! I"m so glad i didn`t order my wedding dress from there. My high school friend said she got her dress there and they messed up the 1st dress so bad that they had to re-order her wedding dress so close to the wedding date. She said she vowed never to return. However, she`s one of my BM! i asked her why she never spoke up and told me about her bad experience. She said she thought i knew of their reputation (they are referred to as Devil`s Bridal)!!!! Needless to say, I will spread the word to everyone as well!!!!!!!

I bought my dress at David`s bridal. The day I went they would only let me try on 3 dresses because they were too busy to be bothered with more than that. I told them my mother was visiting from Virginia to help me so that made an exception.

When the dress came they didn`t have anymore bags. It was rainign outside and I had to carry it out in the rain to the car.

I never went back, I took the dress to another dressmaker to have it altered. Also I`m pretty sure that they gave me the dress off the rack. Even though I paid full price for it. Don`t go there, not recommended!
