DEPO

I`ve been on depo now for 18 months. Here in the UK - you don`t get a pamphlet - or any information on this stuff. The health proffesionals are supposed to do their job and inform you of the medication they provide. Unfortunatley I asked all the right questions and was told that Depo was safe - or as safe as any other medication these days. I have gained 20pounds in 12 months, my blood pressure is through the roof and I get as moody as hell most days. I`ve always been a very outgoing and happy person - till I started on Depo. I do believe that it`s right for some people, just not everyone. I don`t know what the information supplied is like elsewhere in the world - but the UK marketing and supply of depo is a discrace (did anyone else actually realise that Depo is an anabolic steriod? The type that they give proffessional weight lifters to bulk them up? Any wonder we put on weight!!!!)
