TROUBLE WITH COLORS

I think you should choose whatever colors you want for your wedding regardless of when it is. Most anything you choose can be used in july. One thing you could do to help get ideas is go to a florist or greenhouse and ask what flowers are in season/blooming in july and choose colors from those (this should also help you save money too, because buying flowers that are in season is a lot cheaper than buying ones that are out of season and so must come from a greenhouse).
