In Need Of Help With Food Cost!!! In MARYLAND

Is there anyone out there living in Southern Maryland willing to help me out with my wedding. We are in need of some help with the food cost!!! We can`t afford 1,500.00 on food. I would like to spend less then 800.00 for 100 people but at this rate don`t think we can. If anyone makes food or does weddings on the side would you please email me back... My email address is aprilntommy@verizon.net
Anything would help!!

Thank-you,
April.

I have an idea. Why don`t you have an appetizers-only reception, with fruit and cheese trays. This would be perfect, since you have a limited budget. Its also easy to do yourself. If you have a Costco or Sam`s Club in your area, you can buy the fruit and cheese in bulk, and cut it up yourself. And buy those little decorative toothpicks for serving.

Missy-

Im working with like 800-1,000 on the food. I would like to have a meal just trying to find someone who`s willing to do it that cheap is the hardest part... I found someone for 1350.00 so far so im working on it....

BTW: That is a good idea we are going that too...:-)

Do you have any relatives or friends who would be willing to take on the project of food as their wedding gift to you? If so, you could get together the ingredients for many wonderful dishes plenty to feed 100 people for less than $800 by shopping a warehouse club store such as costco or sams club or bj`s and then have your friend/relative prepare it and bring it to the wedding site. Or you could prepare the food yourself and have a different person responsible for transporting it. That is probably the only way you are ever going to feed 100 people for less than $1350 which is remarkably cheap from what i`ve seen. Good luck!
