HELP!

Im 13 when should i start planning my 15? what should i plan out and stuff??!?!?

I started dreaming and thinking of what to do in my cotillion when i was 7. I dont think there is a limit on when you should start planning. I dont mean go and get a dress right now but try to picture what you want. The more time you take to plan the longer you have to thinkof what you like and want. As you think of things you need add it to a list.
