Reception At The Firehouse

I`m helping my friends come up with decorating ideas for their May 1 wedding. They are having the reception at our local firehouse. The colors are ice blue, white and grey. So far, we have ideas for decorating the guest tables (candle centerpieces resting on mirror rounds and with rose petals sprinkled around them). The bridal table will be decorated with the bridal parties bouquets. The bride to be would also like to have a balloon arch. If that`s not doable - I`m thinking of another backdrop to decorate their area - satin fabric, tulling and lights. I need additional ideas - as this is a firehouse and I`m sure it can use all the help it can get - to beautify it for their wedding day.
