Need Help On A Sweet 16 Party Idea? Look Here

Hey are u havin trouble thinkin of a sweet 16 party idea? well i thought of a REALLY cool and fun idea for mine this year in may! (this is for a large party) first rent a hall or place around were u live and for the theme it can be called NeOn LiGhTz . Basically its focussed on black lights and the neon colors. Sooo if u have some black lights u can use them there and ull prolly need alot so ask around to some friends if u could borrow sum. But if u have the money u could prolly rent some or even buy enuff that u need. Next the birthday girl whos turning 16 picks a few of her close friends and gets some neon colored hats and on the rim right (for example) "#1 friend!" and then u give it to that perticular persone they look really neat and goofy under the lights. And if u want confetti all u have to do is go to a local drug store and get a few pakages of neon colored paper and get a hole puncher in the shapes of a 1 and a 6 and under the black lights it will look AWESOME! and another cool idea is to get glow sticks of all kinds like necklaces and the ones u can put in ur mouth and hand those out as party favors at the begining of the party. And another cool offect is getting neon ballons and getting neon paint and splattering paint on the balloons it looks REALLY cool. And make sure u get a dj band or whatever and pick out some fun games! itll be a blast! if u like the idea leave a message!
