Fantasy Western Wedding Going Upside Down

My fiancee & I are having the western theme for our wedding. The problem is, is that he doesn`t have time to help because he`s in the military, & I`m having problems finding a lot of things. I honestly don`t know where to start. I have the cake picked out its the cow pattern with the cow topper, but a lot of the other things are a blur to me. If anyone can help me I would definitely greatly appreciate it. Thank you so much.
